From Fredericksburg take 290 West 9.5 miles. Turn left on Usener Road for .8 mile. Turn Left on Cactus Ridge Road and go .5 miles through 2 gates. At the top of the hill go left on Southdown Lane, once you cross the cattle guard you will turn right on Champions Drive which will take you to the house and the barns.
