Directions to the Ranch

From Fredericksburg take 290 West 9.5 miles. Turn left on Usener Road for .8 miles. Turn left on Cactus Ridge Road and go .5 miles through 2 gates. At top of hill go left on Southdown Lane, once you cross the cattle guard you will turn right on Champions Drive which will take you to the house and the barn.
